Relay ("Relay", "we", "us") helps co-parents coordinate custody exchanges, messages, expenses, and shared child information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Relay is used by parents to record information about their children (e.g. school, medical, moments). Children do not create accounts. Parents are responsible for the content they upload about minors and may delete it at any time.

5. Retention & deletion

You can delete individual records in-app. To delete your account and associated data, email privacy@laypaire.shop. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. court-related proof packets you asked us to preserve).

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on our providers' infrastructure. Access is scoped to the authenticated user and their co-parent workspace.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Contact privacy@laypaire.shop.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified in-app.
